In a momentous milestone, the Hong Kong Veterans Cricket Team is set to participate in the Over 40s Cricket World Cup tournament in Karachi, Pakistan, marking a historic first for the nation. The Over-40s Cricket Global Cup 2023 is set to unfold in Karachi, Pakistan, from September 19th to October 2nd, 2023. Over-40s cricket is witnessing rapid growth worldwide. “Eight countries, including Pakistan, Australia, the West Indies, Canada, the USA, the UAE, Hong Kong, and Nepal will be participating in the event,” the organization announced.

A total of 36 matches are slated to take place across five separate venues in Karachi. Each match in the tournament will consist of 45 overs per innings, culminating in the final match on October 2, 2023.
